REUNION 2023
​The latest Rice/Stovall family reunion is in Chicago, Illinois from July 27th - 30th near the Miracle Mile. We are excited for the wonderful events planned and are looking forward to the wonderful memories that will be made!

Silent Auction for a St. Croix US Virgin Island Vacation!!
Bidding Starts at Dinner!!
EXCITING NEWS!!
In addition to the raffle that is normally held every reunion we will be having a SILENT AUCTION for a 6 night/7 day stay at a beautiful 2 Bedroom 3 Bath Condo in St. Croix - US Virgin Islands! (A great trip for 2 couples or Families). Flights and local transfers, transportation are not included.
This is a very spacious and elegant 2 bedroom 3 bath condo. Exquisitely furnished and very private. Unit has high ceilings, large 400 sq. ft gallery overlooking the pool and grounds, and very breezy and comfortable, although 4 split units (brand new) will keep you cool if you prefer AC. A number of sliders to create a more open, inviting space.
The property is about five miles from Frederiksted, beaches and dining and 25 minutes from Christiansted with boat charters to Buck Island
Because US Virgin Islands are a US Territory the US a passport is NOT required!!!
Bidding will open on Saturday night during the dinner and we are extending the bid to August 15th at 5 pm Mountain time
The extended bid period will allow those that are NOT at the event to participate in the silent auction.
Those in attendance will receive Bid Instruction in their registration Swag Bags. As we get closer to the reunion event we will provide information on how to bid if you are NOT at the event.

Talk to your family and consider making a bid! Bidding on this property will allow us to cover costs for this years event AND provide funds to the next committee for future reunions!

REUNION SWAG BAGS:
We are in the final stages of compiling our SWAG bag for the attendees of our upcoming Rice/Stovall family reunion. We would like to ask those of you that have businesses to consider being one of the SPONSORS of our Reunion SWAG BAG!!
Even if you are NOT attending the event this is a GREAT way to stay connected AND promote your business

You have a couple options to choose from:

$15 Sponsorship = Provide 60 of your business cards and they will be distributed in all the swag bags. If you would like to attach an introductory postcard to each business card that is fine.
​
$25 Sponsorship = Provide an item from your business (samples or promotional items) (60 quantity) along with 60 business cards to be distributed in all the SWAG Bags.
​
We have SO many talented people in our family and many have businesses that we would love to use this opportunity promote within the family!!

REUNION T-SHIRTS
Our committee decided at the last meeting to approve the sale of JUST
T-SHIRTS to those that cannot attend but still want a reunion shirt.
​
The cost is $20 PER shirt and they MUST BE PRE-ORDERED BY July 5TH using the Reunion registration form (now closed) and write in SHIRTS ONLY and fill in how many you need and cost.
​
***We will NOT be selling shirts at the event.***
​
Payment information for SWAG Bag Sponsorships and T-Shirts is also the SAME information on the registration form.

RAFFLE AT THE EVENT:
Several family members have asked if we we are planning to continue the tradition and we are happy to say that we are!

We have had several wonderful items already donated for the raffle, however we are looking for a few more items for the raffle!!!
If you will be attending the reunion and would like to donate a NEW item or Gift Card to the raffle, please let the committee know as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements to get the item as soon as you arrive.

****A suggestion for those family groups that are NOT attending the reunion is to purchase one or more gift cards as a group and provide it as a raffle gift. Your family will be acknowledged as the gift provider!***
